Forex, Crypto and Commodities Bots: Which Contract Changes?

DTide’s Forex, Crypto and Commodities bots share a completed-candle trend rule, but they do not all buy the same contract. Forex and metals use supported minute CALL/PUT contracts. Crypto uses multipliers with broker-held loss and profit exits. Understanding that difference is essential before comparing their results.

Compare markets, durations and exits

The available quote is determined by the market, account and broker contract list. A working price stream is not a promise that a particular duration or contract can be purchased. Check the workspace’s actual offer before starting.

What the common candle rule does

The current rule uses sixty continuous completed one-minute candles, EMA 9/21 agreement and a completed closing-price direction check. Each specialist keeps its own selected market, direction preference and confirmed results.

These are rule-based experiments. A candle trend is not a prediction with an independently established win probability. Forex trading hours, crypto price moves and metal-market availability can create very different execution conditions even when the same indicator is used.

Crypto multipliers need different performance reporting

The current Crypto configuration uses 100× multipliers with broker-held loss and profit exits set at 50% of stake each. A multiplier does not have the fixed minute expiry used by the Forex and metals bots. Its realized return depends on how the contract closes.

For illustration, a $1 stake with an exit amount of 50% corresponds to a configured $0.50 loss threshold and $0.50 profit target. Those settings describe the requested exits; the broker’s confirmed result determines the recorded outcome. Do not treat the multiplier number as a win probability or as the amount you will earn.

Stopping the Crypto bot pauses new entries. An already accepted multiplier retains its broker exit conditions; pressing Stop should not be read as confirmation that the position has been closed.

Test one specialist at a time on demo

  • Choose a specialist and confirm a demo account.
  • Keep the market, stake, direction and contract terms recorded together.
  • Check that the candle history is continuous and a broker quote is available.
  • Review session limits before starting; limits are shared across the account.
  • Use confirmed settlements for the performance comparison, and keep unresolved orders visible.

Choose by the contract you understand

A Forex win rate should not be compared directly with a Crypto multiplier win rate. Payouts, holding times, loss sizes and exits differ. Compare net realized return, settled stake and drawdown under a documented setup instead.

Keep a baseline configuration and evaluate one change at a time on future trades. A small successful sample can be ordinary variation. The purpose of a demo comparison is to identify whether a rule remains useful after including all outcomes and execution constraints.

Common questions

Do the price-market bots use Even/Odd percentages?

No. They use full-price candles. Digit-contract statistics belong to the Parity, Barrier and Target workflows.

Does Stop close an existing Crypto contract?

Stop pauses new entries. Existing multiplier contracts keep their broker-held exits; inspect the contract status to confirm whether a position has closed.

Are all markets available on every real account?

No. Contract availability depends on the broker, selected market and account. A supported quote is required before an order can be placed.
